This notice explains the website enquiry form for Swaas Wellness Kanpur.
What you choose to share
The form asks only for your first name and Indian WhatsApp number. We also record your enquiry time, source category, reference and the version of the contact-permission notice shown at submission. Older enquiries may contain the locality, session and scheduling preferences provided on the previous form. Please do not include medical information, identification documents or your full home address in the name field.
Why we use it
By selecting Request WhatsApp details, you confirm you are 18 or older and request a WhatsApp follow-up from Swaas Wellness about this enquiry. We use your details to respond, discuss your area and preferences, check availability and agree a full quote before booking. This permission is limited to your enquiry, not a marketing subscription. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment, take payment or send an automatic WhatsApp message.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database. A notification containing your name, WhatsApp number and enquiry reference is sent to the business owner's Gmail inbox using Cloudflare's email service. Cloudflare and Google process these details to provide hosting, database and email services. The website lead inbox is restricted to the configured owner through Google sign-in. Details should be retained only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and related appointment or record-keeping needs, including copies in email.
Your choices
You can ask to correct or delete your enquiry, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing sukoonathome69@gmail.com. Include your enquiry reference if available. Do not send sensitive documents with your request.
Other platforms
Follow-up conversations use WhatsApp, a separate service with its own privacy practices. Instagram, Facebook and email links also take you to separate services. No WhatsApp widget, advertising pixel or third-party marketing analytics is loaded by this website. The hosting service may use essential authentication cookies and operational logs.
